Pricing questions
- What's the difference between Instant and Custom?
Instant uses one of our templated layouts, with up to 4 pages. You fill in the questionnaire and upload your logo and photos, and your website is ready within minutes of submitting. Custom is designed for your business, with up to 6 pages. We sit down with you and fill in the details for you, and your website is done within 3 business days of completing the questionnaire. On both plans, you just tell us what to change, and we change it - there's no website editor to learn.
- Can I sell online with my WebX website?
Yes, by linking out. We add buttons that take your customers to where you already sell: WhatsApp (including your WhatsApp Business catalogue), Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc. Neither plan includes an online store, so there's no cart, checkout, or payment on your website.
- Are there hidden fees?
No. Your plan covers the build, hosting, SSL, support, and content updates. Anything else is optional, and every other fee is listed in our Terms of Use.
- Does the price go up at renewal?
No. Instant renews at RM299 a year, the price you signed up at. Custom is RM1,499 for the first year, then renews at RM599 a year. Your renewal amount is shown in your account and in every reminder email.
- Is there a contract?
No, there's no lock-in contract. You pay a year at a time and can stop at any renewal. Your website stays online to the end of the year you paid for, and what happens after that is in our Terms of Use.
- Do you give refunds?
Yes. On Instant, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of the email saying your website is live, as long as you haven't sent a content update request or connected a custom domain. If you've paid but haven't submitted the questionnaire yet, you can ask for a refund any time before you submit it. The full rules are in our Terms of Use.
- Can my website have a custom domain?
Yes, you can connect a custom domain you already own at no charge. Every website also comes with a free WebX-branded domain at yourname.webx.my. With Custom, we can include a managed domain in your order for RM199 a year. We register it in your name, so it stays yours if you leave.
